I practice through ‘Armstrongs Solicitors’, a legal firm I founded in Wimbledon in 2005.
I have contested many difficult cases over those years and always fight hard to obtain the best outcome for every client. I am ‘hands-on’ with a commercial and pragmatic approach. My sole goal is to solve legal issues as proportionately and cost-effectively as possible.
After a law degree, I travelled the world before training and working as a journalist. I then returned to Law through the LPC at the College of Law. I qualified into a niche commercial City practice before setting up on my own to concentrate on Employment Law and Civil Dispute Resolution – the areas I found gave me the best of mix of human interest, problem-solving, and commerciality.
I offer a free 30-minute no-obligation consultation to discuss your situation and suggest options going forward. With experience of employment issues from every angle, I am alive to the strengths and weaknesses cases involve and the pressures they exert. No legal system is perfect. Understanding that reality from the outset can tip things in your favour and maximise your chances of success.
Aside from the usual network of friends and family – and friends of friends, friends of family and families of friends that could keep every lawyer eternally busy, I also give back to the community as a Volunteer Adviser for the South West London Law Centre. Access to Justice is a human right. SWLLC is a charitable organisation providing vital support and assistance for those that generally cannot afford professional legal advice.
